Patient with my child, informative and explain everything in detail. They offer great advice and literature for the student as well as the parent. I also love the fact they teach how to deal with icy or wet situations via actual hands on experience. I've put 3 kids through MasterDrive. They are fantastic to work with on every level. Scheduling is easy although it fills quickly. The skid pan is well worth it for anyone who has never had the experience. I highly recommend them!
