JH Basement Finish Company was a fantastic choice for my husband and me to make. We were kept fully informed of the job's progress by Joe and his colleagues, who did a fantastic job! Each contractor was cordial and gave a good impression of the business. The best choice we've ever made, despite the significant cash outlay! Joe is fantastic, and we wholeheartedly endorse this business to anyone looking to finish their basements in the least painful manner.

We love our basement. It turned out just how we thought it would and we couldn't be happier with the basement itself. If we had to do it all over again, we would choose JH again. With that said, communication within the company to us (the customer) is almost nonexistent. You will never know when or who is coming. There isn't a schedule that we were ever included on. It usually took several texts and calls to find out anything. The subs were outstanding. They did great work and were friendly and helpful each time they were here. I did find it very strange that no one from JH ever came and looked at the basement once it was finished. No walk through or anything... read full review
