I’m actually laughing at these negative reviews because I have been a long time client at this salon, and have a lot to say in response to those bad reviews! Stylists book their own appointments, therefore there’s no one at the front to schedule appointments for those that walk in. If you felt like you were ignored upon walking in, it’s because every stylist is solely focused on who is in their chair and again, no receptionist to schedule as that’s not how this salon (and many others in fact) works. Ashly is amazing! It's been years sense I have had a professional cut, and she made me feel beautiful. She talked me through the process and even recommended some color in the future. I can't wait to come back. All the ladies there where extremely nice as well. It was a very welcoming salon

I came to this salon for a cut and style with Valentina. I haven't had my hair cut in nearly a year. I had a baby and a bad cut from another place, so my hair has been in a neglected bun all this time. I walked in looking like a shaggy dog, hoping she could fix it and make me look a little better. All my expectations were exceeded. I love my hair! Valentina did an amazing job! She listened to exactly what I wanted. My hair is very long. I've had a hard time finding someone who can give it shape, do proper layers, but still preserve my length. Valentina did it all. She is now my person! The salon is very clean and friendly. I would highly recommend Valentina at Brekk &Co.
