Rudy and his team were amazing. It was a very traumatic experience for me and my small children. They made me feel at ease. The clean up was precise and they took extra special care. Would definitely recommend!
My basement was flooded. Rudy was there within one hour of me calling his office. He assessed the damage and then brought all the equipment necessary to dry everything out. While the baseboard and carpet pad had to be thrown out, he was able to salvage the carpet and the drywall. he was very trustworthy, Competent, and very good communicator. I would recommend Abbott to anybody who has an Emergency situation.
Abbotts cleanup and Restoration has been superb! They showed up right away and assured me everything would be taken care of! Rudy, Alseno and Emilio were very respectful with my home and were very professional.
