I have four kids, and I am a physical therapist, so when my son needed to add some resistance training to stay competitive as middle school (now high school) cross country runner, I had a lot of questions for Elite Speed! Not only were they patient with my questions, they were knowledgable in their answers, and placed my kid with a trainer I liked and trusted. I cannot say enough about Alec W. He is so committed to being the best for his athletes and clients, and just an all around really nice guy. The overall workout options is amazing: strength, agility, speed, recovery and the room to accommodate it all. Couple that with the friendliness of the staff and options for personal training and Elite Speed really is ELITE!
I loved my experience at elite speed. I have done CrossFit and other workouts, but nothing compares to my experience at Elite speed. They challenged me, they educated me, and it was an overall wonderful experience. I would recommend to anyone.
