Great experience with bluefrog. I got an immediate appointment, the technician was right on time and exceptionally helpful. There was a small problem that occurred during the plumbing installation and bluefrog quickly responded and fixed immediately. I would highly recommend to others.

We contacted Blue Frog in the early afternoon to check out a clog in our kitchen sink. Initially they said the tech would arrive between 4-5 PM. At 5:15 we call them and they say it’s now 5:30-6:00.

The tech arrived around 7:30. To his credit he was polite and gave us a discount for being so late. Had the office just communicated with us about the delay this probably would be a five star review. Everything else was professional and the work was fairly priced.

We were having a problem with our kitchen sink and called Bluefrog hoping to get someone out within the week. They were able to send someone the same day! Brennan arrived on time, found the problem we were struggling with and got it addressed that afternoon. More importantly, he identified why we have struggled with intermittent leaking of the sink since we bought the house 2 yrs ago. A part was ordered and by the end of the week a permanent solution was in place! Incredible service. We will always call Bluefrog and ask for Brennan for our plumbing needs.
