The only problem I had with Block this year was that a firm price was quoted, but then raised after the prep was complete. I did bring this to Block's attention, and the quoted price was honored.

I cannot put into words how much Brad Gilman has helped me. My tax returns were done so poorly from another firm that I was afraid that I would be looking at some serious fines or even jail time. Brad was thorough, professional, prompt, and he really knows his stuff. He advises on tax strategies. He quite literally saved my company.Background: I used H&R Block from 2008 to 2018 when I got a company and I thought I needed more complex services. I made the mistake of leaving H&R and using Boxelder Consulting return was so screwed up I probably will owe several thousand dollars (unbeknownst to me). For 2019 Tax year, I retained their firm again (not knowing how badly things had been done) and then they just stopped responding. I panicked and brought this flaming pile of shame to Brad and he really helped me out. I cannot express my gratitude enough!

Celeste has been working on our Taxes at H&R Block for almost 10years and we trust her with our information, the Tax process and we love working with her. We find her to be very professional and helpful. We have never had a problem in all the years we have been with H&R Block.
