I have always been satisfied with the professional service that I have received from 888 through many years of dealing with them. Every one of the technicians that have completed service on both my furnace and my AC have been extremely knowledgeable and informative. last week my AC was not working and they were quick to get me scheduled. Leo Waters was the tech that came to my home. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he kept me informed of everything that he was doing. of course he got my unit up and running in no time. Do yourself a favor and call 888, you won't be sorry that you did.
Leo serviced our 3 year old A/C unit, which had stopped working the day before due to a plugged drain. He explained the problem and educated us on what had happened and how important yearly maintenance is for keeping the unit in good condition. I was so pleased with his professionalism and the time he took explaining things to me. Awesome guy. Awesome company.
