I was impressed with the work done on my brother so scheduled an appointment with Dr. Jones who saw me on time and the process was very efficient with excellent results. Scheduling was quick. Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Jones explained the process in detail. My only suggestion would be for the technician to wear gloves when manually lifting the eyelids. I did not have a contact irritation but have very sensitive skin and have to be extremely careful with the skin around my eyes.
We are always happy to have Visionaire Eye Consultants taking care of my husbands eyes. They are so careful and explain everything ahead of time. My husband cannot communicate well and they worked very well with him!
Came in for 2nd opinion re my eye condition. Tests were easy, staff polite and pleasant, Dr gave good explanation and offered solutions, sequence and left me feeling like I had some options available as well as being genuinely concerned for my eye health. Would recommend. HIPPA prevents results from being emailed so staff offered to send hard copies via regular mail. Will check options w my regular insurance but willing to return here for treatment if regular insurance craps out on me. Well done!
