My first time going to True Appearance and it was by far one of the best experiences I have had. Lyric was such an amazing human and did an incredible job with my cut! Lyrics has hands that are wrapped in gold and is so talented with hair. My hair hasn’t looked it or felts that way in a long time. She took the time to educate me about my hair and what it needed to fix the different shades I had. The cut was AMAZING. Will definitely be back!Service: Haircut
Even though I was traveling, in desperate need of a haircut, and only in Castle Rock for three days, Tess was kind enough to work me in the day after I called. She is very professional and very much a people person. It will probably be two years before I travel west again, but I will definitely contact her (with more lead time) for another haircut.
