Walked in to get a haircut so expected a bit of a wait, was only about 25 minutes. Those with reservations got in quickly. I suppose you want to go to a busy place it usually means they do a good job. In this case I was lucky enough to get Liz who was very pleasant, funny and more importantly did a fantastic job. I hadn't been here in a while but will certainly be back!
Haven't ever had a bad experience and all the staff are competent, always friendly and kind even when crazy busy. Highly recommend using their app to plan your visit. Given their excellent service it's always busy.
Heather is an extraordinary, wow, amazing hairstylist! I took my son to get a haircut and showed her a picture, she went above and beyond of what I expected! My son and I were both so happy with his haircut. Heather is by far the best! Thank you Heather!
