Javier and Sarah were absolutely terrific! Our experience started with a frozen AC, and they provided 5-star service, going above and beyond our expectations. From a thorough investigation to a comprehensive education, we felt well taken care of throughout the process. Javier and Sarah were genuine, respectful, and friendly—truly wonderful people! Ultimately, we signed up for the Service Club plan to ensure our home is in good hands year-round. And, of course, our AC is functioning well again! Thank you, Patriot Pros!

Patriot Pros was great to work with. I was traveling and had an absolute failure on a system that was installed by a less reputable HVAC service. Patriot Pros got us up to code and working with a more efficient and quiet system. Even helped us fix the water heater that I had installed myself ?
Javier and his wife Sara came out to evaluate my HVAC issues. They both were very thorough evaluating my entire home and gave me options and educated me about the system. Their customer service on the admin side is very good too!
