Very impressed! I was able to text the company and get my broken tv hauled away within 2hours. They are incredibly responsive and very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tv over 50" recycled. Best Buy /geek squad are useless! I called got put on hold twice and then hung up on with them. Knockout Junk made it simple, super easy, and luckily they were already in my area so super quick! I wish I had more to add! I'll end with this, I'm very pleased with their service!
