Family First Vision Care - Castle Rock

I am new to the area, and needed contacts pronto as I had run out without realizing. The booking process was smooth and painless, the front desk staff being extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Billings was fantastic and my new prescription is better than it has been in about 5 years. I came in for contacts, but after reviewing my insurance with the front staff, discovered that it was easy to upgrade from my 15 year old lenses as well. Their selection is very nice with frames that seem to suit a wide variety of faces. I was able to reschedule my initial appointment through text. Filling out patient history ahead of time was awesome as well. Dr. Billings listed to my concerns with the current contact lenses I was using and fitted me into a new type and prescription and my vision clarity improved as well as the comfort.

Everyone in the office was kind and efficient. The doctor was very personable. She did a thorough exam and discussed options for the issues I was having. I would highly recommend them
