I've been going to Dr. Douglass for several years for my eye exams, and her customer service and approach to working with clients is always top-notch. I certainly recommend her as an optometrist for Sam's Club members!

Love Dr. Douglass! Don't be fooled because she's in the Sam's Club. She does a great job and is very convenient. Remember that you don't need to be a Sam's member to see her.

Dr. Lola Douglass and staff gave me a great first eye exam in over 20 years. They also gave good information and friendly service, despite being over 20 minutes late and rescheduling two days prior.
