Completely incompetent. Instead of a simple name change on credit cards - requested multiple times - they canceled all my cards and reissued them in the same name. Either poorly trained or simply not to be trusted with my money.

Came to use the atm on a Sunday.. every other chase I've been to in Idaho Oregon and here in Colorado has never locked the door to the atm. That's lame and a waste of a trip here to use the atm.

Had a very frustrating problem with an atm deposit and the machine eating part of my cash. Rosie, a rep at the bank, was extremely helpful even as I was frustrated with her and the situation. She showed professionalism and most of all helped solve my problem. Chase can put their employees in difficult positions with their policies and Rosie took on the burden nonetheless and delivered satisfaction. Thankful for people like Rosie!
