My sprinklers were making a loud rattling noise. My Sprinkler service company recommended Allen & Sons. I called, they came quick quickly to give an estimate which seemed more than reasonable to me. They returned a couple of days later and fixed it by replacing a PVR valve. The noise is gone, and I’m absolutely thrilled!
After finding our water tank ruptured and consequently enduring a "zesty" cold bath that same morning, I called Allen & Sons. They understood the urgency. At 8:15 the very next morning they arrived, installed a brand new water heater, replaced the non-functioning expansion tank with an expansion valve and were done by 10AM. Great forthright communication all the way including a written estimate and text notification of their pending arrival at the house. Install cost was fair and market rate - didn't gouge or take advantage of our situation. Both Allen brothers are friendly, efficient and very honest. 5-stars Gentlemen! You're the best! These guys were so fast and did an amazing job! Our water heater was 30 years old and it finally cracked open never a fun experience. After we cleaned that mess up we called and they came and replaced the old water heater along with some extra plumbing work that needed done that was in tight behind the water heater all in the same day. Saving us so much hassle getting us up and running within hours. We will highly recommend this company to everyone! We are very thankful for the work they did for us!
