I want to commend the entire staff of the Advent-Health Center for Rehabilitation - Physical Therapy Group in the Alexander Bldg. for exceptional, caring service and outstanding results involving my three separate physician referrals over the past 24 months. I especially want to commend Dr. Peter Van Doren for extensive physical therapy rehab following my hip fracture. After release from a rehab hospital, I was marginally functional. Following Dr. Van Doren's rehab PT, I am now walking 15 miles a week, pain free. We had our son in March and had incredible care from the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly- and most importantly focused on what was best for me and my son as I faced complications after his delivery. Nurses Claire and Margaret went above and beyond to provide the best care possible. We would have been lost without them. Claire is an incredible nurse and was invaluable to my husband and I during a very high stress situation.

I have received excellent care at Centura Health Center. I have seen both Peter and Craig. The treatment and care have been great, as well as the communication. It's nice to have such great care in Castle Rock.
