“I reached out to Dawn practically in tears after I had bad extension install from someone else. Dawn was thoughtful, listened, researched. She used her entire day off to help me! We had to take out all my extensions, rearrange them around my thinning hair and then dye them. Dawn was amazing . This was not an easy task. Trying to fix something someone else did never is! She was patient, listened and was beyond gentle. The moment I left I felt like myself again and instantly elevated my mood.
