Our dog injured himself jumping off our couch, so we went here since it was closest and offered walk in/emergency services. I’m very impressed and thankful with how quickly they were able to help! We came as soon as they opened at 8am and they immediately started to check him out. Since we were a walk in they said to come back later and they would keep him as they didn’t want to rush examining him and they did have appointments to take care of. They gave us an estimate for X-rays since they thought they might have to take them, but it ended up being cheaper as after they did a full exam they figured out he pulled a muscle in his back. Very professional and helpful. And so so kind, understanding, and patient if you have to get through the loss of a pet. Priced slightly higher than competitors, but so is everything in Castle Pines.
