Just fantastic! I had a hot water leak at my washing machine and needed someone as quick as possible. These guys got to me the next day. Others had said a week, or so. Very responsive, professional, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. I couldn't be here for the repair so I left a key. Snowy morning and nasty outside. When I got home, you couldn't tell they had been there. No footprints on the carpet. I would definitely call them again, and would recommend them to everyone I know.Service: Plumbing leak repair

I had an issue pop up with our water heater. When every plumbing service was slammed busy, Townsend came through and stopped by the same day, while other companies were quoting next day or later.
