My son and I walked into Zingano BJJ 6 years ago. He had expressed interest in martial arts and I wanted to learn more about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We both signed up and started training.The kids coaches did a great job of keeping the kids attention and making the class fun and safe. The more that my son trained the more I saw his training influence other aspects of his life. Awesome program and instructors. There are no egos or judgements, just a drive to improve and the support to do so. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities are top notch. If you're looking for a place to train with people who'll treat you like family from day one, check it out. I've been training here for about a year and have zero regrets.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Syndrome two years ago and was introduced to both Muay Thai and BJJ as a form of therapy while in CA this past November. I started working out at Team Zingano's in December 17 and have seen my symptoms improve dramatically. My neurologist has been very please with the progress that I have made with my balance, movement and hand/eye coordination. The instructor's and athletes that train there are top notch and have been very understanding of my disability. They treat me the same as any other student and push me to learn.
