We are going to have to find a new tree service just to get some kind of communication for upcoming work. The work is good, the price is fine compared to others, but the communication ahead of time is terrible. One of the last times we used them, we never knew when we were going to be scheduled and I had to call and email multiple times. This time, I got no email follow up and a day before phone call with no time. When I called the office I was questioned if they were supposed to arrive in the morning or not before being told that they'd be here between when I called (at 1:30p) and 4pm. We have used Davey Tree for over 3 years now for all kinds of tree care on our property. They are knowledgeable, consistent, organized, responsive, and best all of - they love trees, and it shows. Jesse especially has been amazing.
We have trees in our yard, that are over 100 years old. Davey Tree has always taken excellent care of our trees, on a year round basis. Today, they came to cut up the fallen limbs, from our recent 2’ snow storm. They did so efficiently, in a timely fashion, safely and cleaned up every little stick and piece of saw dust. Davey and their amazing employees, deserve my humble praise and thanks for a job well done!
