I trained with Tommy before playing college softball and it was an amazing experience! He is knowledgeable, present, and dedicated to making sure every athlete in his building has the tools they need to succeed. I would recommend Strength2Strength to everyone.
If you’re an athlete that wants to take your training to the next level, this is the place to do it. Tommy and his staff tailor a workout program and routine to your athlete and your budget. My son loves this place and results he is seeing.
Been training with Tommy and the guys at S2S for years now. It’s the best training I have ever had. The way they identify the places for growth in everyone is what separates them from other places. I have experienced so much growth personally over the years. I won’t go anywhere else as long as I play! As good as it gets!!
