A shoutout to Kim from Intermountain Healthcare, Broomfield, CO who took the time to help me determine how & when to schedule an array of blood tests from different doctors in the fewest number of appointments. Have been going here for 15+ years because I really like my Dr. and is such hassle to find another health care provider you're very comfortable with. But have unfortunately always had such bad and unprofessional experiences consistently with the front desk ladies, where being rude is now apparently a pre req to this "health" facility. I've probably come across maybe 1-2 decent and knowledgeable MA who don't treat you like you're another inconvenient patient with a scheduled appointment. I had to change insurance for my job a few months ago.. when I was adjusting an appointment, Katie was fantastic in making the process easy and was extremely pleasant and professional the entire time.
