Worst healthcare service Iv ever recieved.Moved here 3 months agoRan out of ongoing mental health prescription on Monday. Called pharmacy a few minutes after 3pm to see if they could fill it, they said no, call your doctor.Called Northside, receptionist who knew litetally nothing about any part of this process, forwarded me to medical assistant's voicemail, which the voicemail itself says: "is not checked after 3pm each day".With only 2.5 hours left before work starts, and now irritated, I drive to the building itself to get a useful answer and get my prescription.I leave with no advice, after speaking to nobody who seemed to know anything for sure, being... read full review

Doctors jump straight to prescriptions to treat you. Trying to get an apt in next to impossible.

Dr. Lewan and his staff are simply amazing. They keep track of making sure I follow up on keeping up with my medical tests and send me reminders. I have never had a doctor who did that before. They all know me by name and care about me as a person, not just as a patient. Dr. Lewan is very thorough and keeps up with all my medical issues. I have become very picky about my medical care and my doctors. He is the one I choose.
