I'm a Broomfield Area Realtor and Darlene has been my preferred lender for going on 21 years. She's the BEST in the WEST! She has every lending program available, is honest, doesn't add in junk fees that the buyers will be stuck paying and is very knowledgeable. I have worked with her on hundreds of transactions and she never fails to get to closing and usually can close in 21 days or less. Her interest rates and closing fees are the lowest around. She will absolutely find you the best rate, and after she finds a great rate she will find you an even better one. I have used her for multiple real estate transactions and she has made the process as stress free and seamless as possible.
