This is our second installation by Kappler and we were very happy with the process and the results could not be better. We have reached our goal to switch everything we can from gas to electricity with both major jobs done by Kappler. Over a year ago, they replaced the gas furnace & air conditioning units with a heat pump and extra split unit which keeps our bedroom extra toasty in the winter. This was a suggestion by Project Manager Brent Monnin which we are very glad we did. We worked with Brent again to replace our gas water heater with a shorter heat pump unit. Incredibly positive experience with Brent Monnin of Kappler Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning. We are replacing our furnace and air conditioner and had concerns about our current system's noise level as well. Brent thoroughly examined and evaluated our current system and proposed a comprehensive solution including new HVAC units and corrections and improvements to the duct system to mitigate the sound issue. He listened carefully to our concerns and took the time to really explain the proposal. And he was professional and delightful as a person. Highly recommended.
Have been with Kappler since they installed my system about 19 yrs ago. Ruben arrived in specified time window. Was notified when He was enroute. Ruben is very personable and professional. Completed the furnace checkup in good time,kept me informed of what he was doing. This is the second time he has taken care of the checkup. Would highly recommend Kappler/Ruben.
