We recently had a need for their services when my mother passed away. I rarely write reviews but Santiago was such an amazing person to work with. He manages to instill calm and professionalism, along with compassion into a very difficult time. He did everything perfectly for our needs.

Highly recommend, locally owned and small business, helped tremendously in our time of need and guidance, very patient and available to our of questions and know our loved one ❤️ was treated respectfully. I am so thankful I found Kelsi and In Memoriam. We started working together to preplan arrangements for my mom when the time came. My situation was a little tricky. My mom was in a memory care facility in Arvada, Colorado. Her wish was to be buried in Hawaii where she had purchased a plot many years ago. My mom also wanted her service to be open casket. Along with making arrangements to transport my mom from Arvada to Honolulu, I had to make arrangements with the Mortuary and Cemetary in Hawaii to receive my mom.
