Excellent experience with Clay at Colorado Weather Coatings. Came out the same day I called to give an estimate on coating my metal roof, scheduled the job within a week, showed up on time and completed the job as quoted in three days. Repaired damage from an old poorly done patch, inspected and replaced fasteners as needed, pressure washed, and applied two coats of acrylic to completely seal my roof with a five year guarantee. Highly recommended!

Having a facility with several buildings, it can be challenging to find good contractors. These days just getting someone to answer the phone or call back seems like a miracle. We've used them for three buildings now, one in 2019, and then two this year. Rich and Clay do a great job, no up-sell, just good advice on how they would do it if it were their own roof. They've been around a long time and came highly recommended. It was their system/method that brought us to them. We were looking for a fluid/spay applied membrane/coating system, to give a us a watertight seal, with a seamless coating across the entire roof.
