Clean, friendly, inviting. I always look forward to my visits. The staff is wonderful, the work out equipment is in good order, and people are great about wiping down machines after they use them.I love how many options I have for weights and machines. I also love the add-ons like infrared sauna, steam room, pool, Hydro massage chairs, tanning, and lift lab.Best gym investment I’ve ever made.

I have to say not only is this one of the best gyms I've ever been a member of in terms of equipment and classes offered but it has a high standard for cleanliness. I had the privilege of meeting an employee Becka, every time I see her she is always busy cleaning or just showing a beautiful smile. Her and the rest of the crew always make me feel at home!
