Stand did an inspection the other week for a new home I am purchasing. Not only did he check everything inside and out. He was also able to check for radon and water quality. Great guy highly recommend.

Stan was referred to me by my real estate agent. I was quite concerned about the inspection on this home as it was over fifty years old and I had several friends who had recently bought homes who later found serious problems that were missed by the inspector. Stan arrived right on time. He moved around the property very quickly and pointed out several issues of concern. He later sent me a very detailed inspection report about the property which was instrumental in my decision to purchase the property. I am very pleased with Stan's work and would refer him to my friends and relatives.
