GREAT EXPERIENCE! Not my first dental visit, nor my last, but my visit today was by far one of the most pleasant! Dr. Ace, Jenni, and Cassie made my visit a breeze. The lobby has plenty of seating (though it was not busy during my visit), and the staff were friendly and professional (helping me understand my options, feel welcome, and be confident about my oral health).
This is the only dentist office that hasn’t hurt me. I came into this absolutely terrified because of multiple past experiences with other offices, but every single lady (from what I can see it’s at least a mainly female ran office) in there seemed dedicated to making it as easy of experience as possible. Everyone was so nice and happy to be there, and this was by far the least painful dental experience I’ve ever had. I can honestly say I’m not worried about having to get more work done here.
Dr. Ace is wonderful! All treatments and options are fully explained. My comfort was very important. Insurance and my cost was fully explained as well. Definitely a happy patient!
