Always have a good experience with this location! I have had various different types of work done on all my vehicles and they have always delivered. Today I found out I had a screw in my tire, they were able to fix in good time for me, Uli was very helpful and kind! Very good service!
I had two good tires and two bad on my car. I ordered a couple used tires online, so I could keep treads closed with the good ones. Called Big O and they said sure, we can mount them for you. Brought it in that day, they got them mounted. I asked them to do an alignment also. When they got my car up on the rack they saw that my ball joints were shot. I took it home, changed out the ball joints, brought it back the next morning and they got my alignment done. Free tire puncture fix in exchange for a 5 star review: definitely deserved as they replaced the stem caps as well as fixing the leak! Alan at the front desk was amazing at juggling all the chaos too.
