I wanted a clean/short cut for my 2.5yr old. Joshua delivered!! He was so good with explaining things to him and the cut went so smoothly. Highly recommend if you are looking for attention to detail, a skilled barber, and wonderful service.
So messed up and didn’t Realize that I had booked the appointment at a different shop than I thought. So unfortunately I was unable to make my haircut at that time. After talking with a young gentleman that was just opening the shop he help me by contacting Josh to see fit me in his schedule and haircut that day and within an hour of the appointment that I had originally made at the wrong shop. Josh happily add me to his day. Not only did Josh do an exceptional job on shaving my head with a straight razor and trimming my beard. More then that he went out of his way to make me feel like a appreciated customer and even though he wasn’t completely done yet when his noon appointment came in . He still took his time and made sure that I didn’t feel rushed and that even though I had made I mistake earlier Josh took exceptional care and I will make sure to come back. Not only would I recommend Altitude but stop by and let Josh cut your hair.
