Dr that came in was great, however the nurse who took my blood used the trash can in room instead of the table on the other side, and didn’t wear any gloves. I was in complete disbelief.

I am in complete disbelief with this clinic I got blocked off of my portal because of a mistake that their front desk made. Literally I have to have a form filled out every single time I go into this clinic and every clinic that I go to because I'm on long-term disability services through my insurance company and they thought it was adequate enough just to put the facility name not the address again not the first time this is the second time this issue has happened and mind you I live 124 mi away from this location. I can't tell you how many years I have been seeing the doctor at Brighton women's center. Somewhere around 20 or so and I will continue going to her as my primary doctor. I give five stars for how my doctor has helped me for many years ?
