Talk about hair trauma… Sammy Lopez (Samantha) on social media she goes by “yourglambestiee” I gave Samantha extensive detail about my hair. Sent her pictures and details of what I had done to my hair before going to her mind you I had BEAUTIFUL LONG BLACK hair she assured me she was capable of maintaining the health of my hair and getting me to the color I wanted (cherry black hair) .. I sat on her chair and she expressed how BEAUTIFUL my hair was I repeated through out this 6 hour appointment how all I wanted was for my hair to stay healthy she reassured me that my hair was healthy and would handle the color remover just fine.. when she did a test strand I asked...read full review

Sammy Lopez also known as "yourglambestiee" on social media fried my hair and sent me home with bright red hair when I asked for cherry black hair... the damage to my hair is immense two other hair stylists were baffled by the amount of damage after the first wash ALL of the color came off leaving me with 10 different shades of red brown orange black and in the shower as my hair was breaking off I realized the extent of the damage on my hair... she refused to take any accountability and since I refused to return to her she would only refund me half of the 330$ I paid her for the color...... I have to pay for hair treatments get my hair colored black at this point that by far surpasses the 330$ I paid her. so so sad

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 7 YEARS, MY HAIR WAS CUT LIKE IT SHOULD BE WITH MY HAIR TYPE. ? I LOVE THIS ROOM. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND I NOTICED THAT EVERY CUSTOMER WHO CAME OUT, HAD A NICE CUT!!! Great salon, great work, predominantly Spanish speaking but if You have thick curly/wavy hair- They layer it SO BEAUTIFULLY!! I will NEVER go to a white owned salon in my life again. This salon will be getting frequent visits by me. I'm gonna try the other services they provide! Mexican women and men KNOW HOW TO WORK with thick hair ❤️‍?
