We bought our first home and elected to remodel just about everything. We used Lowe’s, who contracted Kluge, and couldn’t have had a better experience. They were timely, clean, compassionate, and even enjoyable company. We ran into a few hiccups (at no fault of Kluge) and they helped us advocate for ourselves and figure out a solution. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
We purchased through Lowe's and Kluge Brothers was the set contractor for the job. Our home is in the mountains ~1.5 hours from Denver and the mileage add on was not bad. They arrived on time at 8am, removed ~1500 square foot of 40+ year old carpet in an hour and a half, cleaned up the subfloors, installed new tack strips, and installed the new carpet and pad. They were completely done in 7 hours (cleanup included) and I don't think I ever saw them take one break! We had a few tricky spots around a few staircases and had some heavy furniture items in the loft that they worked around. Installation & Planning all went smooth, and the installers, 2 gents did a 500 sqft job in just a couple hours! I was impressed with the work, and the cost was lower than other estimates with carpet we liked better. Thanks guys!
