If I could give Viridiana 10 stars I would, such a great experience! I am a former college athlete who has dealt with chronic injuries my entire life. She was attentive, listened to my needs and I left feeling like a new person! She had a plan in place for future treatment, offered up some amazing advice for self improvement in between sessions. Her knowledge was incredible, it was very clear that she is passionate about what she does and enjoys helping people. She is an amazing professional and a wonderful person, I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

They've been to my house four times now -- for an evaluation and estimate (thank you, Jake), to replace aluminum stuff with copper stuff, and to install various light fixtures and dimmer switches (thank you Justin and apprentices). Bonnie is incredibly responsive and so helpful. She's also really funny -- we've had some great short chats when I've called to schedule or ask questions. Jake came by to evaluate and make recommendations the same day I called. He was patient and clear, and he clearly knew what he was talking about. Justin has done all the work that Jake recommended. He is just the loveliest, kindest, most considerate person. You know how it can be awkward to have guys working in your house for two whole days? Not at all awkward with Justin. He's super thoughtful, excellent at explaining things, tidy, and he offers helpful tips. Thank you SO much, Juniper! I'll be calling if anything else comes up!
I highly recommend K&G! We got multiple quotes and K&G had the best price and they did not pressure us at all. We felt like we had full control over the process. Communication was great the entire time. I got to communicate directly with the owners and they were very easy to reach. Installers were friendly, clean and worked so quick! His expertise is much appreciated, he knows how to get ideas into practical action and he gave really good suggestions like upgrading from cedar posts to metal. We wouldn't have known that, and for a very reasonable price our fence will last years longer. The crew is polite, conscientious and very skilled. He is professional and answers all my questions along with being great with my kiddos.Ms Debbie has always taken great care of us and makes sure we all leave with our glasses fitting perfectly. Very friendly and prompt service. Even though we were not prior customers, when my wife lost a nose pad, they replaced both her nose pads for free and with no questions asked.
Had a three rail vinyl fence installed in 2022. They did an awesome job installing the fence, communicating with me and working me into their schedule. We had a billing issue that they correct promptly as well. Even came out a couple times to make sure everything was going to go smoothly. Only complaint, they had one guy installing the pet mesh on a weekend by himself, that part of the job turned out poor at best. Would be a 5 star if that part wasn't so bad.

Our family has been seeing Kris at the salon. Kris does a great job talking with my kids, asking them what they want, and giving them the BEST hair cuts that grow out. After seeing and experiencing such a great job on the kids, I decided to get my hair done. I’m so low maintenance and Kris always makes sure to take that in account when she does my hair. Bumped in Josiah at a Taco Truck when his dog caught my eye, had to say hello! We started talking and all of a sudden I was in his salon chair getting my hair done! He took off so much weight and dead ends, my hair feels light and manageable. His pup Malachi is so playful and mischievous, he is a great addition to the salon! Ivan is very personable and chatty and my son liked his haircut but the entire set up may not be for everyone. It's VERY cramped, parking is odd (but well explained in a text ahead of time). If you have any sort of allergy (pet, smoke, etc) you may want to avoid.

Lupe is always fun to talk to, and does a great job of making my hair and beard look on point again. Thoroughly recommended, just remember to call ahead to see if there is already people waiting if you’re not a fan of long waits - that said there are comfy chairs, so hanging around waiting for your turn is better than some of the other places I’ve tried before.

I can't tell you how much I love and appreciate Ashley Bee! She is the most amazing nail artist I have ever encountered, from designs to professionalism. She has fun conversations with me while we sit there and she also always openly communicates with me about designs and scheduling. For those who complain about price, you get what you pay for. She doesn't just "paint" my nails it's about a proper nail care as well. I've had nails done since February and they're the healthiest they've ever been. Worth the drive and the $$ every time!! I went in on a whim for a mani/pedi to my nearest salon! Being very hesitant after reading reviews, but I took my chances! Great location downtown Brighton, clean environment and new equipment throughout the salon with a great welcoming. Quick, thorough and with attention to detail! With a just the basic pedicure and manicure ?? I leave happy and satisfied enough to return and leave my review! I would definitely recommend visiting and form your own opinion.

My water heater started leaking on Sunday, so I reached out to William Family Plumbing and left a message. Bright and early on Monday morning, I received a response and had an appointment scheduled for that same day. They provided a quote that I could compare with others I had received from various companies. The quote was competitive and the plumber, Sebastian, was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Later that afternoon, the team returned, drained, and removed my old water heater, and installed the new one. They rearranged items in my basement in Brighton to accommodate the new installation and left the area spotless. Highly recommended.

I wanted a nose piercing but I'm 43 and it felt a little silly. Lonnie put my reservations aside and helped me pick just the right one! It was quick and not too painful at all. I had a tattoo that I attempted to get done 3 times, and each time, it came out worse than before; I guess moon phases are a tough task to tat. I went to Leah and said, "Please fix it". She not only fixed it but created such a personal beauty to my arm that I constantly get compliment on it! I have used her to improve several other tats since. Gentle hand and an immensely talented artist! 10 out of 10 will recommend!

I had Bill Nance Plumbing & Heating come out and replace my stripped master water valve, and add heat tape to my consistently freezing pipes. Greysen the technician was excellent and very professional and the value of the job that was provided was significantly less than the other big box, residential plumbers. I would highly recommend Bill Nance Plumbing for any of your needs.
Responded quickly and arrived exactly at the scheduled time, explained what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. Went above and beyond with ensuring everything was in working order and left the space as clean (maybe even cleaner) as they found it. Will absolutely call again for any plumbing needs.
Just wanted to mention that Dillon and his brother were very nice. The company is honest and very upfront. We ended up buying a new condenser unit and was told not to spend the money from a luxury one. Their reasoning was great and saved us a butt ton of money. I will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend. Also, please watch out for the A/c places that try to price gouge you. I had one company try to charge $200 for putting nitrogen in the system so they could solder the tubes. Hope this review helps someone. :)

We were having our basement finished and our contractor told us to go to Cooks Interiors to look at carpet and tile. They were absolutely wonderful in helping us select the tile for our basement bathroom and the carpet for the bedrooms. I’m sorry I can’t remember the woman’s name who helped us, but she is the one who works on Saturdays (the former owner). She was fantastic! She knew what questions to ask and even though we couldn’t tell her exactly what we were looking for, she could tell so much by what we DIDN’T like that she could guide us towards things we did like. She let us take numerous samples home with us so we could pick out paint and cabinets to match. We love the end result and have received numerous compliments. We enjoyed the experience so much that we went back to them to get a quote on new carpet for the upstairs. Michelle worked with us this time to pick out carpet. We took home numerous samples again. When the one we picked out was more money than we wanted to spend, she guided us to more samples that were in our price range. We told them that we weren’t ready to put the carpet in upstairs until the messy part of the downstairs was done. No problem, we ordered the carpet and they just held it in their warehouse until we were ready to install. By doing this, we avoided any rise in costs because we all know that everything is going up in price. When we were ready to install, I called and selected a date/time to install. When the installers arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled time I was so excited. We had removed our china and crystal from the china hutch, but everything else the installers moved. The beds, large heavy dressers, dining room table, couches, etc. This was huge for me. My husband is disabled and I am not able to move all the furniture. Other big name box stores would not move furniture. I was told I had to take all the beds apart, etc. I am willing to pay for the extra labor but they would not do it. The installers showed up and we headed out for the day. When we came home, we loved the new carpet. The installers had put things back in place (off only by a few inches, etc but that is to be expected). We do have a mobility pole in the bedroom that was off just a little and was crooked. But I called and Dan from the store and the installer Oscar came back in two days to fix it. That little bit that it was crooked (less than an inch) made a huge difference for my husband’s ability to get into and out of bed. I was very impressed with the service!!! I have driven past Cooks Interiors (right along Highway 85) for probably 20 years and never knew they were there. But I will never forget it now! Next time we need any carpet, wood floor, tile, etc this is where we will be going!! The personal service we received is what we loved and what will keep us coming back. You can’t go wrong with Cooks!

The pool is pretty awesome here. The workers are great, super friendly, and always seem positive! I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences. The lifeguards are super cool too. This place is the best.Side note: for those parents who don’t watch their kids in the pool or the adults who ignore the lifeguards, please stop. They’re trying to do their jobs and keep people safe. You willfully disregarding them is a quick ticket from a fun day to an unpleasant afternoon.

We love all of the staff, they are all increadibly kind and knowledgeable with their work. There was a brief period where our insurance didn't cover this office and we would rather pay out of pocket costs to continue going somewhere we trusted rather than go somewhere in network for cheaper. Cannot say enough good things about this group!

This was our 1st visit to this clinic for my son to get braces. There is a man named Josh he was very rude and unprofessional. I would suggest that if he is working with the public he should work on his attitude and communication. Made me very uncomfortable. My cat has some chronic health issues, so affordable/fair pricing with great Vets are super important for us! Every person I have had the pleasure of speaking to at this practice has been super compassionate and helpful. If you need a new primary cat doctor or need a procedure, this is your place!!
Everyone was very kind and they treated my cat well!! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the lack of cleanliness. The tech that was doing my cats cleaning would go back and forth between my cats mouth and using her cell phone without changing her gloves. The mouth can easily get infected which can be dangerous, so that was disappointing to see and I hope that's something they work on! Other than that, it was quick and a great price compared to what I've paid at the vet.

Pros- Many types of services available. Medical spa stuff (if you are into that-I am not). Good Parking and easy location. Easy to book (Vagaro app or in person, I choose in person or call). Well educated and knowledgeable staff. Friendly staff and a very welcoming environment. The spa is clean and pretty. I have had a facial, a pedicure, a massage and the japanese head spa treatment. I relax here. The services are good and I leave better than when I walked in. Cons- Prices are a bit too high, in my opinion. $100 for a 60 min massage is steep. Most of the prices are higher than average. They don't have many specials on regular services. I don't want Botox or fillers so I don't care for those types of specials. Only a referral program and not a reward program. I feel that repeat customers should be celebrated. Self care should be affordable. They charge a fee if you use a credit card. This is unfortunate and I believe at the prices they charge, they should absorb those fees. Would I recommend them? A huge yes. Book with them and I don't think you will be disappointed.

If I could give Viridiana 10 stars I would, such a great experience! I am a former college athlete who has dealt with chronic injuries my entire life. She was attentive, listened to my needs and I left feeling like a new person! She had a plan in place for future treatment, offered up some amazing advice for self improvement in between sessions. Her knowledge was incredible, it was very clear that she is passionate about what she does and enjoys helping people. She is an amazing professional and a wonderful person, I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!
Mandy is an absolute lifesaver! She finds my pain points and makes sure give them extra attention. I love getting my massages from her. She offers cupping which is an amazing addition to her body work. She’s professional and her space is spotless.

We’ve had a great experience with Pro Active physical therapy for my son. Luke is very thorough and has tailored his exercises to exactly what he needs! It’s made such a positive difference for him, and I’ve noticed significant improvements since he’s started. I highly recommend their services!
Crystal, was more than outstanding to me. She took great care of me along with Ashley Lamb. Crystal always knew my name and was always efficient and more than professional too. I will miss going and seeing her. Asley Lamb also was outstanding honest and caring. In such a stressful injury they took great care of me. Thankful also for PT crew couldnt made it with out you all.
Only thing was new girl today couldnt get my name right or appointment time either, after 4 times and with my id still got wrong the ladies that have been thier had to fix also she was not as patient friendly.

Lucia was great, she was very good at providing instruction as well as constructive criticism. The 6 hour behind the wheel training is split between three, two hour sessions which start in cities and then go up to highway and mountain driving. I had Lucia during all of my lessons and my test and she was beyond helpful. She is really great at keeping the environment calm even when stepping out of your comfort zone.
