I called a couple of plumbers on Tues 8th. I had to leave messages. I spoke with Vern on that same day Tues 8th. My heat was OUT completely just in time for the snow storm. Condo was freezing without snow. Vern told me he could have someone out next day Wed 9th 1st thing. I jumped on it. Dave came out at 9am that morning and kept in touch with me at work several times about what was happening with my boiler system. He had to pick up some parts and thought it may be fixed next day. He came and went picking up parts and got it done that same day. I am very Thankful and impressed with these guys !! Much appreciated! T.
