This is the most unhelpful company I have ever encountered. I just bought a house that used Wild Earth, and I need some additional work done by one of their subcontractors. The owner refused to give me the name of who they used and also said this contractor would not be interested - even if it involved additional work. She said her company don’t give out names of their subs. Could she at least let the sub speak for themselves? Apparently not. Also, she could or would not suggest another company that could do the work. I’m utterly confused at how rude, short, and unhelpful she was. I have not had any previous interaction with her, so her rudeness left me completely... read full review

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY AND TIME DOWN THE TOILET!!! If you are in the market for a garden design company, I would urge you to scroll past this one. I hired this company because their website looked good. I liked the people when I first met them and I appreciated their excellent intake form. However, things devolved from there. I worked with them over the course of the summer and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. Not a single plant in the ground, not even a planting plan! I am out a huge amount of money, and I lost an entire planting season with virtually nothing to show for it, as one thing after another was botched over... read full review
