When one of our older horses was sick, Charlotte tried what she could to help him feel better and talked my daughter and me through what was happening in his body. Her bedside manner gave us so much peace as we ended up having to say goodbye to my daughter’s best friend that day. Charlotte made all the arrangements for what to do after he died and sent both my daughter and I cards within days. My daughter still has that card from Charlotte in her room next to a picture of her horse because the words inside are so meaningful to her.
