Since I first met her, Christina showed a sincere commitment to help me feel better. She did not push acupuncture as a way to provide me with herbal formula--something I had experienced with an earlier doctor. Instead, she studied an herbal formula that addressed my health issues right away. On this formula I have felt healthier and more energetic for the last eight months! I have also had acupuncture sessions with her that have been successful--but again, I am free to stay for acupuncture or just stop by to pick up the formula. Christina is an excellent herbalist and overall doctor of Chinese medicine with a true talent for healing and a sincere commitment to her patients' health. Greatly recommended!!

Christina is an excellent Doctor and healer. She also has a very calming and charming way about her. It is also a plus that she has a PHD in Chinese medicine and has studied in China. She is really on the ball and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I very highly recommend and trust her.

Christina's treatments are very effective yet with lighter needling than I've received before. I've been in three times for tight muscles in my shoulders and neck. I feel relief right after and more relief by the next day. Christina and everyone at True Health Clinic really care about their clients.
