I've had many lash lifts/tints and two sets of eyelash extensions with Lacey and one lift/tint with Revee. Lacey is absolutely fabulous and Revee did an excellent job as well. Unfortunately my lash extensions didn't take either time despite Lacey's best efforts but the Lash Lounge management rectified this on their end. I've been very happy with the service and will continue to be a devoted customer.
My stylist was a perfectionist and expressed concern over the health of a persons natural lashes. I didn’t feel like a “number” and that she doing the job for quality and not quantity. She explained the process and how to maintain healthy lashes. I’ve not had that at previous places.
My lash tech, Alex, was very sweet and gentle! She explained what she was doing and what to expect when she was applying products, since my eyes were closed and it was my first time getting a lash lift. Highly highly recommend- thanks Alex!
