After a decent start (quote was provided in a timely manner and part of the work was done within a reasonable time frame), things went south. The project was broken down into three parts: 1) Wind damage repair, which was completed in the expected time-frame, but unfortunately left some of the existing, only three year old metal roof with deep scratches through the powder coating. This could lead to rust issues in the coming years. 2) Installation of a snow stopper, which was completed, but we found that several fasteners were not tightened at all. I can not say enough good things about Signature Services. Their customer service, integrity and professionalism shone from beginning to end. If I had to describe them in one word, it would be \\\"trustworthy\\\". I felt so comfortable and good working with them, and having them work on our roof. I would highly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. (Though their work is so good, I doubt I'll need it anytime soon!) I can not say enough good things about Signature Services. Their customer service, integrity and professionalism shone from beginning to end. If I had to describe them in one word, it would be "trustworthy". I felt so comfortable and good working with them, and having them work on our roof. I would highly recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. (Though their work is so good, I doubt I'll need it anytime soon!)
