Ross Meyer Personal Re-Training

Ross Meyer, and Nutritionalist Bob worked hand in hand with me 5 years ago to change my life forever. I was overweight, unmotivated chronically fatigued and in pain at 30. I almost lost my physical labor job(kitchen) due to inability to show. Ross connected me with Bob, and also saw to it that I had the exercises I needed and working with my low income in a way I will never be able to repay! Ross helped me out of a really challenging situation.I was having so much upper back pain that it was hard to sit at the computer for work.Ross helped me work on the back pain from a muscle standpoint while also referring me to a vision specialist who diagnosed a vision problem that was contributing to my bad posture at the computer. I've never been an exercise guy, but I was experiencing pain that I couldn't resolve on my own. Ross met me where I was at, diagnosed my problem accurately and efficiently, and set me on a course for improvement that was the right level of difficulty to keep me engaged but not overwhelmed. After just a few weeks, I felt like I was able to really own my exercises in a way I never thought possible. After a few months, I saw real benefits that have sustained themselves, even with less regular exercise.
