“Finding a roofer is a daunting task. There are so many companies, which do you choose? After combing through Google, Home Advisor, Angi, Yelp, Nextdoor and BBB reviews; I created a list of about ten companies, then I started calling. I ended up getting four quotes for replacing my roof. The first three roof walkthroughs ranged from oh hell no to these guys seem okay, then Monica visited. She was instantly reassuring and not pushy at all. She also better explained the fixes to some of my roof concerns. I awaited the prices from each and Monica was very competitive. It was a no brainer, I went with Roof Masters. My overall experience was excellent. No surprises, plenty of time and advice on shingle selection. She wants you to get a roof that you will love. And one particular decision stood out. I was due to have my roof installed the day before the big wind event when everyone lost power. It was a perfect weather day, the crew was ready to go, but Monica called it off. The fear that my new roof might blow off the next day (shingles need time to bond after installation) was erased. For the estimate, they got up on the roof and sent a report with photographs so I could see all the items they were recommending and why. They did not charge for this roof inspection. They answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. The scheduling was prompt and the crew worked quickly and took great care to protect plants in the garden from being crushed and clean up afterwards. “We hired 3R Roofing to reroof our whole house. Five and a half years later the flashing on our skylight failed. The warranty was 5 years, so they charged us a fix it.... Otherwise, the work they did on our roof was good. I have spoken with other companies, and they said they would have fixed it up to 10yrs after installation, so just be aware that they go by the book instead of accommodating valued clients. We will probably go with someone else next time.“
