“Jill is a FANTASTIC realtor. A friend referred her to us and we were so grateful. Jill was the whole package: she has a deep local knowledge, a real understanding of the market, total respect for our budget (didn't show us houses that we couldn't afford and would make us feel sad), and a warm and friendly way with everyone. She even played with our toddler kiddo while we went through houses so we could concentrate. Every question we had she either knew the answer to or worked to find and all of her suggestions, from inspectors to contractors, have been great. We were buying from out of state which adds another layer of stress, but Jill kept everything super smooth, taking on a lot of the stress herself so we didn't have to, which was very appreciated.
