Pet Sitting in Boulder

“Boulder Doggie Adventures & Pet Sitting was recommended to us by another company when we were looking for somebody (somewhat last minute) to provide daily visits for our two senior kitties in Boulder.

We can't say enough positive things about Lyndsey Ballard, the owner. She responded to our initial request immediately and professionally, providing us with detailed information on what the visits would entail, and taking excellent notes on the care of our kitties. When a health problem arose with one of our cats before we left, she was reassuring about our possible need to cancel the trip, but also expressed a willingness to do what was needed to keep an eye on the sick kitty. It turned out not to be an issue, but we appreciated Lyndsey's genuine responsiveness to our concerns.

Lyndsey personally handled the daily visits for our cats, which unfortunately coincided with an unexpected 2-day Xcel power outage. She went above-and-beyond in dealing with this crisis, using the Time to Pet app to communicate with us what was going on in the house. She had to deal with a rogue smoke alarm going off, UPS boxes beeping, a monitor going crazy, and the possibility that this outage was going to last more than a few days. She was calm and thoughtful through the outage ordeal, providing us with extra details that we hadn't even though of and offering emergency additional visits if needed.

Lyndsey is extremely professional, detail-oriented, and truly cares about the animals and putting their anxious guardians at ease. We highly recommend Boulder Doggie Adventures for kitty care!“
