If I could give Ernie and Sam of Norm's Plumbing more than 5 stars, I would - all I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to such a wonderful team! My husband and my bathroom renovation has been languishing for three years thanks to repeated disappointments from the likes of Precision and Applewood who care far more about overcharging to cover their pricey fleets and commercials than actual customer service or quality work. We have now worked multiple times with Norm's Plumbing and can honestly say that they are a local company that has retained the old-fashioned values of quality work and fair pricing in their community. We had a backed up drain at our commercial site. Days before contacting Norms Plumbing, we had a drain cleaning service come out. The problem wasn't fixed by the drain cleaning service after they charged us, so we contacted Norm's Plumbing to finally resolve the issue. Norm's plumbing arrived and cleared the drain for a fair cost.

After spending $750 with my regular plumbing business to fix my boiler- all they did was replace parts I didn't need and it still didn't work, we called Norms. Ernie discovered all it needed was a thorough cleaning to remove built up soot and black stuff all over the heating element! Works better than ever now. He actually spent time testing all the components and doing a thorough inspection. Honest, fair, smart and a pleasure to work with.
